A UK Notary Public authenticates documents intended for international use. The Notary verifies identity, witnesses signatures, certifies copies of documents, and prepares paperwork so it can be recognised by foreign authorities.
You may require a Notary Public when submitting documents overseas for immigration, property transactions, company matters, or legal proceedings.
Some documents can be signed during a secure video appointment with a UK Notary Public. After the appointment, the signed document is normally posted to our office so the Notary can complete the notarisation with official seals and certification.
