Purpose
This document outlines the essential procedures, requirements, and legal provisions for clients engaging Legalisation Concierge Services Ltd, trading as Pardus Bloom.
Client Guidelines
- Document Readiness: All documents must be in final form before work begins. No changes can be made once work has started.
- Appointment Changes: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.
- Invoice Settlement: Full payment must be made before work begins. Final documents will not be released until payment is complete.
- Disbursements: Any additional costs outside standard fees will be communicated in advance with a clear breakdown.
- ID and Proof of Address: Acceptable ID includes passports and UK driving licences. Proof of address must be dated within the last 3 months.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation or Rescheduling:
Minimum 24 hours notice required (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm).
Late cancellations may incur a £95 fee. - Commencement of Work:
If work has started, fees may be charged based on work completed. - Refunds:
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days via original payment method.
Terms and Conditions
1. Application
By requesting a quote or using our services, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws.
2. Interpretation
- “Business day” excludes weekends and bank holidays.
- “We” refers to Legalisation Concierge Services Ltd.
3. Use Licence
You may view materials for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
- Modify or copy materials
- Use for commercial purposes
- Reverse engineer software
- Remove copyright notices
4. Disclaimer
Materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
5. Limitations of Liability
- No liability for indirect or consequential loss
- No liability for delays beyond control
- Liability limited to fees paid
6. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.
7. Accuracy of Materials
We do not guarantee materials are error-free or up to date.

We are not responsible for external websites linked from our site.
9. Modifications
Terms may be updated at any time without notice.
10. Communications
Notices must be in writing and are deemed received based on delivery method.
11. No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive future enforcement.

If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
